“Topshop is a lower-end mass store that offers a lot of style; Barneys is an upscale luxury store that offers high style,” said Julie Gilhart, “What we both share is a love of style.” Barney's NY fashion director, Gilhart is more than a little excited to have Kate Moss, much less her new collection, coming to her store May 8. Aren't we all? She adds, “Kate’s style is so much of a Barneys style, so it’s like having a peek into her closet.” I'm sure the big bucks this collection will rake in does not hurt either.
