Last year, Phoebe Philo shocked the fashion industry by giving up the helm of Chloe to spend more time with her family. Now, it's rumored that she will launch her own line soon. I imagine her line will be as wildly successful as the equally brilliant Stella McCartney's was when she left Chloe, as they've both got the gift.
