Way before this label was resurrected a couple of years back, when I lived in Hollywood, I dressed up as a "Biba Girl" for Halloween, and no one had a clue what I was. A costume, like a joke, is no fun if you have to explain it. So I was particularly tickled to see the return of Biba. This season's show was very cute and true to form. Plus, the designer, Bella Freud, is a pretty cool chick.
